Having had the past two Dry Cleaning services we used go out of business.... I was told about Lapels by my daughter who lives nearby. I was thrilled over the fact 1) Dry Cleaning is done on site 2)They deliver 3) Dave seems so helpful

Wow this was my 1st time going here, I normally go to the dry cleaners at 59th Ave and thunderbird but it's way too far since I moved out here so I thought I would try this place. I dropped off my daughter's prom dress to be cleaned for prom and when I picked it up I did not check the dress. I should have, I checked when I got home and all the dirt and stuff was still all over the bottom of the dress and it smelt like it was in an old closet. The service is always wonderful. It is friendly and the prompt. My clothes always come back clean, well pressed and within a few days. I get an email or text when they are ready for pickup. I was initially asked how I wanted broken buttons dealt with and I asked that they be automatically replaced. I never get a shirt back with a broken button. If there is a stain that is difficult to remove they make an extra effort to clean it and let me know when it can’t be cleaned without possible damage to the fabric. I’m never surpris... read more
