I had a large bean bag chair cover that needed to be cleaned and was afraid it would be expensive. So I called, and explained my dilemma. The person was kind and offered a reasonable price for the cleaning. The job was also completed in three days. It was great.

Aside from being upset that my blouse was missing. My frustration is more with the lack of understanding I received from the front desk when I discovered my pickup was missing my blouse. No apologies. I was even questioned, given the girl said my order was complete!? I was told the only way they could verify I actually did drop off my blouse was for someone to review their video? I’m still waiting for a follow up call

I dropped off 6 twin size quilts and 2 pillow shams for laundering. I am thrilled with the results — they came back looking like new!!! The cost was a litt high but the results were worth it. I highly recommend Lapel’s — great service!
