Alka with Lapels has provided excellent service. Door-to-door pickup and delivery of linens and towels for our rental home. Turnaround is very quick, too. She has been a real life-saver for me.

I took 5 button down shirts to be cleaned. 2 were well cleaned but the other 3 had the same line of sweat/stain on the crease of the collar. I don’t believe the collar was cleaned properly because all 3 are in the exact same spots of the shirts. I returned the 3 shirts today (5/26) to be cleaned again.
Did an excellent job hemming my pants and pressing my linen suit which is not easy to do.

Always a good job. I have never had a problem with service or staff. I think management should contact lessor to have dedicated parking spaces in front of store front. The dog place next door takes all the parking spaces and sometimes it’s hard to cart your clothes across the parking lot.
