The lady that was helping me was a bit rude... and not giving good customer service. My daughter had dropped off a couple items for me... this was about 4 mo ths ago. The lady asked for my name and phone number... but for some reasons... that she couldn't explain, she didn't or couldn't find my two items. She then asked me for my address I gave it to her... she still stated she couldn't find me in her computer.
