So basically, I took my daughter’s prom dress and requested to have it cleaned and press. The lady at the counter looked at the cleaning instructions and it says “spot clean”. She stated “they don’t spot clean but if I would sign the back of the ticket they would dry clean it” . Pick it up yesterday, SAME DIRT At the very bottom. You know what not going to say the obvious. When businesses disrespect me. I simply take my business elsewhere. Bye
