The service is always excellent one thing I had a problem with this time was when I went to drop my items off. He gave me a ticket and put a date to pick up the clothes but when I went back the clothes was not there and not ready. It was a week later from the date on my ticket. I know that we are in a pandemic but don’t put a date on the ticket if the items are not going to be ready by that time.

Terrible didn’t want to take my laundry. Told me had no idea when I would get it back. It took 10 days! Then didn’t have any money to make change so I could pay for it. Terrible experience!😡
