Asked for crease, s in his pants , did not have them . She offered to redo , but we leave for a wedding on Wednesday. Time frame did not work had to redo at home . & was charged . His black shirt was new just needed pressed . Well was filled with lint . Was very upset will never go back . . I have been using them for 2 years .
Like the prompt & friendly service, I always get at Lapels.
The young lady that's been there for a while is first class. The others need to be trained.
