I had taken 3 pair of shorts to laundry and replace the center button on all shorts. I learned on Saturday that you were suspending business and I called if my cleaning was ready for pickup. My laundry Was not available and still in MB. The nice lady in Pawleys Island stated she would try to my cleaning. She called a little later and said she had worked out a solution and my laundry would be ready at 6 pm. The same lady called at 4 pm stating my laundry was available for pickup. You team was outstanding!!!!!

It is in the time of the Corona Virus. Lapels Pawleys Island kept me in the loop as to when I could pick up 2 very different items. The sweater was in first and looked great. The comforter came next and was packaged in a zipper bag....did not expect that and it was a pleasant surprise. It was comforter discount month and they did a terrific job. They let me know by phone and e-mail when I could pick up my items before the store closed down due to the Corona Virus. Thank you.
