I appreciate the care of our clothes, and the friendliness of the staff.
My clothes are always done nicely and only one time was there a problem. The manager fixed the shirt by redoing it and it was perfect. The managers are kind and helpful.
Great delivery service. They seem not to get shirt collars cleaned despite notes pinned to the collar
The representative was great. No problems there. My displeasure is that the coupons are not just attached to our account. I have to save a piece of paper and bring it in with me. You can save our credit card but you can't save a coupon? A little disengenuous IMHO.
The staff is definitely customer focused and this particular time even cam out side as I was getting in my car to ask if I wanted my clothes returned next day by their delivery service. That is great customer service!
