The woman at the counter refused to take and said they couldn’t dry clean my sweater which said “Hand wash or Dry Clean” only. She said Lapels could not dry clean hand washable items even though the label said differently. I had to take my sweater to Nichols Hills instead. This is not convenient to have to take our clothes to two different locations. I’m still very conflicted about this. The rest of our dry cleaning was great.
Glad you’re open weekdays at 7 am. Love the occasional coupon! All clothes always come back clean and ironed as expected.

They always greet me by name when I walk in. I never have to tell them what I’m doing or how I’m paying or anything. I drop off my bag and walk out and/or pick up. Easy. Not the cheapest around but always done right and good service.
