First time using Lapels and had a good experience. I waited till last minute to get a dress cleaned for a wedding and cleaners was closing soon. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so nice and reassured me there was no problem since they have a drop off slot. I actually made it in time before closing anyway and my dress was ready for me in plenty of time for wedding 👍I will definitely be back
