This is 1st time using Lapels and will be back. Dropped off on the 5th the day after the 4th and there was a notice on the door that the operation was closed due to the holiday which is understandable and as I started to walk away I was invited to come in and drop off. Very impressive. Thanks

My clothes was sooooo crisp and clean for just a regular dry clean that I thought they added starch to them when I told them not to. I have on one of the outfits I had them clean and I'm still wrinkle free after several hours mind you these clothes was ironed without starch!!! This is why they get a 5 star rating from me and continuation of my business. Oh yea customer service 5 🌟also. Highly recommended

I was concerned I would not make it by closing time so I called. Employee Mary assured me she would stay until I got there And she did. Also, I was very pleased with the quality of dry cleaning.
