Dropped off pants for alterations. Upon order pickup, charged for dry cleaning of pants and alterations were not performed. Have been promised that upon return for corrected order, alterations will be free of charge due to error. Shall see

If you know how stressful a wedding from the beginning. I ask for my clothes to be ready on Thursday to begin with the lady who took my clothes said we can do Friday morning. I called on Thursday to see if they were ready. Another worker said she would call me if she saw them . Never heard from anyone. I called again on Friday about noon still not ready.
