VIP is fast and easy. Always friendly and greet you quickly.
I ha be had a great experience since joining the VIP at Lapels. The customer service is fantastic. What I don’t like is being charged $10 for not having my credit card approved.
Quality of cleaning quite good, service was very good. Cost a little high.

Easily the best in town! Excellent service!! Love the manager - always so kind and friendly! My husband forgets to empty his pockets at times and I always find the stuff safely sealed in an envelope. They're reliable and have a flexible schedule if you need a quicker turnaround time for your clothes. Highly recommend them!
The service was quick and it was good, but incredibly expensive and overpriced.
The morning gentlemen (Wednesday) and every time He works, is a great representative and very professional.
