Great job with the dry cleaning. One star less because there was too much waste for the folded shirts. For a business that process itself in being environmentally friendly, i don't understand why every single shirt was individually bagged with a piece of carton and a plastic neck piece. I just wanted the shirts folded for travel.... There's is absolutely no need for any of those materials. At least make it optional and ask the clients if they want them just folded or folded in individual bags etc.
