Drop off went well. Pick up not so. The lady at the front barely acknowledged my existence. She never smiled and didn't make eye contact. She came off cold and unhappy. She definitely does not need to work in the front with customers.

The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and gave me a pick up date and time. I received an email when my items were cleaned and ready for pick-up early which I appreciated because it saved me a trip by being done early! They dida great job cleaning and pressing.
