I asked for a broken top button to be replaced and it was not. In fact, the shirt was buttoned with the broken button which I found disappointing as it was impossible not to notice it was broken. And the employee whom I discussed the fix with did not enter it into the system or place a tab through the button hole.
Great dry cleaning. One suggestion - could you please fold sweaters rather than putting them on hangers?
