I was recommended to Lapens by my brother Dave. I walked in and was greeted by John who was very professional when I asked him several questions about a stain on my jacket.I left the garment and unfortunately they were not able to remove the stain but not for the lack of trying.John apologized for not being able to remove the stain but I would definitely return to this company
My winter vest was lost and unavailable to me most of the winter The store did offer restitution The problem of broken shirt buttons continues

1st and foremost item was def cleaned well in a great time period/ business is easily accessible and hours convenient, cashier ( employee, manager, owner was polite and cut and dry ( very dry a little? I inviting? ). Not something that w/ keep me away, I will say would have liked to and w/ have liked to ask man a few small questions about?
