I put my garments in and was told id get them back in time for a trip i was going on..ling story short they weren't ready and i had to leave without..i put them in with plenty of time but was told by a rep that the taylor was sick..shouldn't there be a backup? Maybe i shoulve been told this so i couldn't went elsewhere..i dont think after this i will be returning as i was basically told things happen and not even offered a discount. When i get back from vacation abd get my garments i will probably use someone elses services.... read more

I used to go to lapels in Brighton and Maria unfortunately closed. Since I had such a positive experience with her place I decided to try the Laples, on Main Street in Waltham. I brought in a lot of wool and cashmere sweaters which some had pilling. I asked Kim to see if she could remove the pilling. I was very happy, the price was less than other dry cleaners, and the sweaters look great and also the customer service was very personable SR
