Staff is always pleasant and work is done well.
I am very pleased with the service, everyone is nice, I have and will recommend you guys. Also I love across the st. 47 Willow. Takes me 3-4 minutes to get there. In one word. AWESOME!
Second time using Lapels. Order was ready earlier than expected. Clothes look clean. Started using them because they claim they use the less environmentally harmful processes and materials. I don't have a way to verify that, but I'm satisfied with what I can see.
I like your dry cleaning store here in West Roxbury and your employees there, but I have been getting emails about picking up my item for almost 2 months and I picked it up many weeks ago! So, please update your email for me. thanks!

Twice I arrived at West Roxbury location, first time associate a half hour late, second time not opened 30 minutes after posted opening time. Have taken business elsewhere in West Roxbury Arthur Bowes
Clothes were clean and packaged well. The attendant in the shop carried my cleaned coat and comforter to my car which was extremely helpful.
