The worst experience ever. The worst customer service. Girl in the store was very very impolite. The first time you returned my jacket one week late. This is my second time and I had to rerun my jacket because it was not washed well. The least your employee can do is apologizing to the customer. Instead she showed me attitude.
I use Lapels because Shanika the intake worker is so professional, engaging & determined to serve her customers! I so appreciate my interchange with her because they ll are always pleasant! I always look forward to my visits.
Lapels Dry Cleaning represents perfection in dry cleaning. Their work is perfect, clothes get new life after they visit Lapels. They look like new again. The whole experience is very pleasant. The staff is always polite, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend these cleaners.

Lapels is the best!
I will no longer do business with Lapels.I recently brought two throw blankets to be cleaned. I asked the price at drop off and the person at the counter was unable to provide it. This is a very poor business practice. The clerk said she would send an email with the price. This never happened. The cleaning took 6 days (excessive amount of time in my opinion).
