The delivery person hung the shirts on the mailbox which fell off the house. Please don’t hang on mailbox in the future.

I always have positive experiences at Lapels Dry Cleaning on Willow Street in West Roxbury. The Sales associate, Shanika is so personable and friendly. She makes the visits most enjoyable. She is also efficient and shows much dedication!

Oh my goodness the lady that helped me out with my clothing she was extremely friendly and courteous. The shirts were to my husband’s standards he likes his shirts certain way and you did a superb job. I am truly happy 😃 with lapels dry cleaning Amazing Thank you!!
