The quality of the job is great and the staff are super friendly. It just seems that the price has increased!
Excellent customer service. Above and beyond expectations. I needed some garments cleaned for a very important event this week... They expedited the order and created a very happy customer. I love the communication with emails and text. I highly recommend Kona for tailoring and cleaning.

A company that has been in business for more than 60 years doesn't need my cheerleading but I have tried a number of dry cleaners in South Orange county and yours is the best in terms of results, obvious gentle care of the clothing, even your dry-cleaning hangers seem to be a cut above the rest and frankly your prices are generally a bit lower than many others... although I focus on quality rather than price. Great job on my shirts. Sleeves have cuffs that need to be folded and ironed and you get it done where my previous cleaners could not or would not make it happen!
I had a couple shirts that needed buttons reattached. One shirt didn't have extra buttons to replace the missing one. I asked them if they could maybe provide a button. When I picked up the shirt, I was amazed at how well the new button matched the others. Plus the other shirt looked great as well. I will definitely be back! PS- The girl working the Front counter was VERY helpful and nice. Plus she was really cute! =)) I can't remember her name, Unfortunately =(
