I took a table runner with beads and several stains on it. They were able to clean the runner without ruining any beads and we’re able to remove all the stains. I was totally surprised and happy about the outcome.

Kind of disappointed. I received an email that all three pieces of my order we're ready however when I arrived only two of the three were ready. I guess I'll have to return tomorrow.
Very knowledgeable about what i needed for specialty items. Everyone was helpful. Loved the online and text update. Service was very fast. Everyone very polite!
