My wife had these UGG slippers that I got her last Christmas of December 2017. I dropped them off to be cleaned about two weeks ago. They were filthy, dark inside almost Black. The outsides were a gray when we first bought them but they had so many smudges on them they were almost Brownish color. As a surprise I dropped them off at Kona cleaners and had them cleaned for my wife. They came back looking almost brand new . I was extremely impressed by the turnaround time as well as the price .
