The customer service at Kona's was great. It was my first time there and Ana was very nice and quick getting all of my information into the system. I haven't picked up my shirts yet but will report back on the quality once I do!

It was fine, but I don't understand why you can't pay for it before hand and have someone else pick it up for you. Why isn't the person working allowed to tell you the price beforehand??
Alteration was simply excellent on my white uniform top. Faye was so helpful handling my order, and a great person to have at the front...such excellent customer service. That you all!
