The fast friendly service is always on-point. I like the hours open on Sunday and during the week. It's very helpful when your working 8-6pm. Very convienent.

I go to the Lido location and the girl working has always been so nice and professional...she works the afternoon shift and I can't remember her name but I always have a most pleasant experience when picking up or dropping off my dry cleaning.

I always get excellent customer service from Vivian, Oscar, Sandie and the entire Costa Mesa Kona Cleaners staff. Most recently, I received a call from Oscar about an item that I had dropped off earlier in the day. He wanted to let me know that they needed to send it out for special cleaning and that it would be an extra charge. I very much appreciated him taking the time to call me and let me know. Thank you all for the great service.

Yes, I have been very pleased.. I especially like the discount offers given time to time.. Also, when you spend so much you get a $10 coupon to use . Very nice.. The turnaround with the household items is 100% better then my last cleaners.. Thank you for the good service and the employees are very nice..
