My clothes were ready and good but the person waiting on me was not familiar with your store operation. It took twice as long to find the order and process payment.

The drycleaning is professional but I've had a great experience with their tailor. She has done several alterations and even took a dress and cut the top off to make a fabulous skirt that fits really well.
