I dropped off a Santa costume and it was finished the next day. (Unsure of who the associate was). He was very helpful and polite. Originally told me the order couldn't be completed until Monday, but since I needed it done by Saturday, he agreed to get it done. THANK YOU! Really appreciate the great customer service and fast work. Costume looks great!

Had stopped to make a donation to WORKING WARDROBE. Kona gladly accepts thank you. Then noticed that they cleaned rugs, and I had 4 runners that needed to be freshened. I brought them next day, and much surprise when they called 4 days later that order ready. (originally said 2 wks.) Thant is great C/S. Thanks Kona. Do not know any names below. Nice and clean. Thank you for the military deal. Would have been a five star response but my uniform shirt and pants weren't starched and pressed, only cleaned. I will continue to bring other clothes there because I enjoy the friendly and clean environment.
It was very quick the turn around time and did an amazing job with my suits. The customer service needs a bit of improvement but still an amazing job with my dry cleaning. I will continue bringing my suits here.
