Rosa is always a pleasure. Full of smiles in the morning and very helpful. This week i dropped of clothes for dry cleaning and she called me within 2 minutes of leaving to let me know i had left $20 in a pocket. I later went back got my money I had left. Honest and hardworking. Thanks again Rosa.
