I just like to tell you I been your client for 7 years never had received a coupon, and I get charged so much on my clothes just because they say Escada a dress $20-28 dollars and even to just press is rediculous that I am charged so much .

Kona is the best! Rose is hard working , friendly and dedicated to her customers. Rose treats me like family and provides excellent customer service with reasonable fair prices! She provides a five star protocol service. I drop off my clothes on a weekly basis and enjoy interacting with her and the other employees when I go in. I'm a first time customer to Kona Cleaners. I dropped off five pieces of clothing. 5 pants and 5 shirts. I'm a LEO and asked to have my sleeves creased. I was told they can do it without creasing the patch. When I picked up my order the sleeves were not creased and I was told they couldn't do it because of the patch.
