Always fast and pleasant. Customer service is awesome. I like the text messages and email notifications. I am sorry the prices has increased. It does limit me coming in for alterations and dry-cleaning lately.

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I received from Kona Cleaners. The best word that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL. The Manager Rosa and her employee were extremely nice. Above and beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more grateful for the professionalism and services I received in such a short amount of time. Kona came highly recommended. First customer service experience was not very personable. Wasn't greeted, no eye contact. I felt invisible.
