I have used Kona for at least 15 years, always nothing but prompt, done correctly and ready as promised. Recently had a hem come loose on a pair of slacks done a couple of months ago. They did the hem over and also dry cleaned the slacks free of charge. Excellent customer service, second to none!
I always receive friendly, convenient and speedy service at Kona. My shirts and suits always turn out great and they manage to keep their pricing fair. If there’s ever an issue, they resolve it in an expeditious manner.
