So nice to go to a dry cleaner that really cares to go the extra mile to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. You never have to wait, they know you by name and always have it done when you want it. The staff is always so friendly. The tailor is also great, quick, very nice job. This is the only dry cleaner I will consider going to.

Service is amazing. I love getting email notifications especially when my clothes are done days earlier than quoted. My clothes look amazing and everyone there is friendly.

Kona has always come through when it comes to my dry cleaning. Need it in a hurry, no problem, same day service without the worries. I wish there were many more Kona locations in So Cal. Always helpful and have always gone out of their way to provides stellar service, hands down, especially the Paularino location in Costa Mesa!!!!!
