I am VERY pleased with my 1st experience using Kona. Your staff that welcomed me when I walked in for the first time was refreshing. And your use of technology to circumvent the usual problem of trying to drop off or pickup one's clothes outside normal business hours is fantastic. Fast service with good communication on when my items would be done. Fair prices too! Only complaint I have is that when my two piece suits were returned, they were all mismatched...will double check the pants and jacket combos prior to leaving the house next time!!
