I always take my bulky bedding to Kona because they package so nicely in a clear plastic bag with a handle. Much nicer than other cleanres who give you the comforter, etc on a hanger makking it difficult to carry and store. In addition, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I only wish they were a little closer to my house.

I haven't been able to get to Kona for a long time because I don't have a car! You did hemming on some pants of mine and it was perfect. I like your service. I just can't get there until I get a car! I actually can't remember who helped me. All I remember is that it was a woman. As a suggestion, the coupons sent would be better served if able to be utilized when picking up an order. They are somewhat useless when dropping cloths off on the fly...thus the usefulness of the bag that is given to the customer to make drop off a fast process. What if the the system already noted that a customer was presented with a coupon and automatically applies the savings. That would be a differential from other cleaners.
