My husband dropped off two white dresses to be dry cleaned. There were stains on both garments and he made sure to point them out to the woman taking in the order. However, when I picked them up, the stains had not been removed. The young man at the store was very apologetic and assured me that they will redo the order. There should be a better method of marking stains because the tape used is obviously falling off.

I brought three jeans in to have hemmed and the work done on them was fantastic. Id rather pay a little more for a job done well. I also was able to get a new zipper on a fourth pair of jeans. Zipper was great quality. Im very happy I went to Kona cleaners. I highly recommend this place. Nice people and my jeans were done very well.
