What a bummer… I just moved to the neighborhood and I received a $25 discount coupon to try them out. I went to the place and asked the girl how much it would cost me and she said everything will be $78. I told her that I had a coupon and she grabbed it and said that she would apply it so my total was going to be $53. So sorry to lose our old cleaners (23 years). Were trying to decide between two others, and Amanda was GREAT in welcoming us and explaining all the extras possible.
Kona cleaners does a quality job, excellent and friendly service, and very fast. Clothes are usually ready for pickup within a day after drop off.
Too expensive to cleans bedspread.

I usually go to a different Kona Cleaners, but I went to this one due to their having someone to perform alterations. I was greeted and treated in a friendly & professional manner by Amanda. She understood & was efficient in processing my request for alterations. I was very pleased with the service. Upon pickup, my sweat pants with zippers were sewn perfectly!
