inconsistent Monday Thursday pickup and delivery. I do not like my laundry bag to sit on my front porch until 530 pm. I've called about it many times. Nothing changes. Also the quality of laundry/pressing ladies blouses and shirts (especially white) is poor.

Kona turned around my opinion after a faulty alternation. The issue received excellent attention and customer service, and it was fixed without hassle! :) Will definitely come back.

First time at this establishment. When I dropped off my dry cleaning the counter girl was very polite and professional, had a smile on her face when she greeted me, I like that. A day later I retrieved my cleaning. the same thing I was greeted with a smile, very professional ( sorry I did not get the name of the girl’s) but definitely an asset to this business.
