Kona is a great company that applies excellent care to your clothes. Since I’ve been a customer over the past year, I only had one issue regarding the timing of pickup, when this occurred, they listened to me, took care of the problem quickly and went above and beyond to keep my business.

Originally told me the order couldn't be completed until Monday, but since I needed it done by Saturday, he agreed to get it done. THANK YOU!
