You lose my clothes; some come back stained with black dirt- you deliver me some one else’s items- I’ve mentioned it 3x and am going to drop you if I don’t get back my missing clothes!!

Miss the young women who were so friendly and welcoming. The young man who has been at the counter lately is very dower and acts as if he were doing one a favor by leaving what he is doing to wait on them. Also, sadly each of my last two orders has had a tunic of mixed linen material stretched every which way, elongated, flared , etc. Probably happened in the pressing. Silk tops were nice but the price was way over the top. Over $22 for tops.
Missing socks , stains on my some of my shirt are still there
I was promised that my items would be done on a Thursday, and then delivered on Friday, as they did not get delivered then. So I came in Monday, and was told they'd be delivered by 5:00. I waited until 6:30 that Monday with no delivery. I stopped by Tuesday and they just happened to be at your store. This was very stressful for me, as I have installers that were waiting on them.
Botched cleaning multiple times over.
Not argue with me when I complained my expensive jacket was not cleaned. Stains on jacket that were not originally there.
The cashier didn't tell me that the blinds were going to be about $25 per blind and I had four of them. I was shocked to know the full price for cleaning a set of blinds came to about $100. I could have purchased a new set of blinds for this price. I really wish he would have told me the price for the blinds, because I wouldn't have had the tear sown and cleaned.
