You lost a black dress and never contacted me about getting it back. I came into the store many times but you always said it will be here soon! It never happened!! Yes, very disappointed in that service or effort to correct the loss. Marilyn

I have been a customer at Lido Island Store for several years. The Manager is great but there is one lady that works there that is very cold and unfriendly. I complained about her before, but she has not gotten any better. We are changing to the 17th street store in Costa Mesa

The job was to dry clean two, cotton curtain panels. They came back with rust stains. While you were redoing them, I discovered I could buy new curtains for less than I was charged ($60.00!) to clean these panels. So, I bought new curtains. A $60.00 charge to clean two curtain panels was certainly not a good value.

Disappointing experience bringing in my Coast Guard Tropical Blue uniform. There’s a sticker on the door that says “free military uniform cleaning,” but when I picked it up, the lady working there, Bertha, did not understand that this is in fact a military uniform- one of many different kinds - and charged me at pickup. The 5 pieces that I brought in for cleaning and laundry were accompanied with a copy of an email with a $10.00 off message and a coupon for 15% off on shorts. Your clerk told me that the 15% was applied but the $10. off could not be deducted from that order as I couldn't receive more than one benefit per order. My total order came to $42. and change....this whole transaction seems to me very ill conceived or totally mismanaged?
