The 5 pieces that I brought in for cleaning and laundry were accompanied with a copy of an email with a $10.00 off message and a coupon for 15% off on shorts. Your clerk told me that the 15% was applied but the $10. off could not be deducted from that order as I couldn't receive more than one benefit per order. I did look up your account and even though it said there was a problem, it did automatically apply like it was supposed to, it was the confirmation that was incorrect. You lose my clothes; some come back stained with black dirt- you deliver me some one else’s items- I’ve mentioned it 3x and am going to drop you if I don’t get back my missing clothes!!

Miss the young women who were so friendly and welcoming. The young man who has been at the counter lately is very dower and acts as if he were doing one a favor by leaving what he is doing to wait on them. Also, sadly each of my last two orders has had a tunic of mixed linen material stretched every which way, elongated, flared , etc. Probably happened in the pressing.
