Went to pick up alterations before a cruise and and they weren’t ready. Apparently your seamstress was out sick. Life happens, but it had been there for a week and I had planned on taking this item. I could have overlooked that one incident but I have found your prices to be high. We have a lot of dry cleaning on a regular basis and I found the increase to be too much.
Extremely rude service. Spent $177 on two different alteration orders picked up days apart. The offer if 15% off ALL alteration (very large poster on the window) couldn’t apply to my order because the clerk couldn’t figure out the computer to apply it. I was told, “Sorry, it won’t let me do it.” Then checked my order at home. Multiple alteration issues. Two identical short sleeve shirts had different sleeve lengths. Everything is always clean, but the pressing is awful. Lot's of things are really attended to.
WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT THE ZIPPER WAS BROKEN, AND WE DID NOT FIND OUT UNTIL IT WAS TO BE USED TODAY
The end result was what I needed , but the price was raised 3 different times, my order wasn’t ready on time , and it seemed alterations didn’t start till the last day , as I received calls about if I wanted he rest of the work done after I had received an email saying my order is ready. my price that was originally quoted more than doubled in the span of an email saying it was ready and the time I picked up the order. $20 is way to much to do what I needed done. Your alterations is a rip off & I will NEVER use your business for alternative again!
Change prices I should have asked how much just never thought it would cost 7.21 to dry clean a pair of pants will not be back
