My garments came out clean and no odor! Love the recyclable hangers! The manager is very pleasant and helpful!
For the amount they charged, they misplaced my pants with someone else’s and now I’m stuck with some old washed up and oversized pair that doesn’t fit - extremely dissatisfied and disappointed considering how far I had to drive to Kona thinking it would be more reliable and “reputable”.
I nearly cried when your man replied Two weeks sir and that's time enough If you still want shortening on them two cuffs Seven days saved by doing just one But a flood and a fold-up is a work half done So cut and stitch and have your way And I'll return and retrieve on that distant day ( Unless I forget, change size, or just expire)
I brought one outdoor cushion in during your 20% off promotion to make sure u could clean them w/o taking cover off. Virginia (I believe is her name)told me I would get the discount on the entire order when I brought the others in..u were able to clean them, they turned out nice. However, I needed them back for a party, talked to the branch, who were always nice but communication was not good. This was my first time at Kona and it was and still is a disaster ! I dropped off my 2 suits and 2 shirts on Saturday for same day service....When I returned only 1 suit was ready and it’s unknown what happened to the rest of my clothes.. The employee made a few calls to the driver and the plant, but only at my request. They were unable to locate my clothes. I was told nonchalantly to come back on Monday (even though they’re open on Sunday) to see what happened to the rest of my clothes......To be continued ! What burns me... read more
