GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!! “The Card Promo MVP Card”, (the plastic white with green lettering thin card) , did not give me the 50% off my total order, and, (20% of all laundered dress shirts with any square punches). I was told my order was going to be ordered on a specific time and it wasn’t
The cleaning of clothes is OK, but the ironing is horrendous. Regular clothes come back not ironed well. A continuous problem. But when I have a special request, e.g., the collar of a particular shirt must come back ironed up....every time it may have been ironed so the collar stands up, but when I get it, the collar is no longer standing up. I wear this shirt a lot so it's a continuous problem with no apparent solution. I miss Crown Cleaners. I miss good service. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.
Since Mary Ahearn is out the girl replacing Mary is not too friendly. I did not receive a text nessage when my clothes were ready, and she does not say hello or talk much.
Almost perfect. Next time you send me a discount coupon, please state what services are covered and put an expiration date on it. I saved the anniversary coupon to use and it was not honored!!!!
The price for altering a pair of scrub pants is outragous $12.00 . A cleaners cross the street is changing $7.00.

Went to pick up alterations before a cruise and and they weren’t ready. Apparently your seamstress was out sick. Life happens, but it had been there for a week and I had planned on taking this item. I could have overlooked that one incident but I have found your prices to be high. We have a lot of dry cleaning on a regular basis and I found the increase to be too much.
Extremely rude service. Spent $177 on two different alteration orders picked up days apart. The offer if 15% off ALL alteration (very large poster on the window) couldn’t apply to my order because the clerk couldn’t figure out the computer to apply it. I was told, “Sorry, it won’t let me do it.” Then checked my order at home. Multiple alteration issues. Two identical short sleeve shirts had different sleeve lengths.
