I specifically asked for my 9 pieces to be pressed only because I washed the garments before I brought them in. Somebody somewhere made a mistake and had my garments laundered. Mistakes happen I get that. I hope that is the only time it happens because I will take my business elsewhere if it happens again.

During my last visit the computer system did not work. I had to provide my credit card so the owner could copy the numbers and then she copied the numbers incorrectly. Along with misplaced clothing or 6 out of 10 times to ask me if I was a customer there. Ever since they changed their location the service has not been substandard. Maybe it’s time to search for a new cleaners!

Not good. Wrong order and when brought to attention , still got it wrong. Picking up dry cleaning shouldn’t be so hard. Unfortunately I will not be back.

A badly stained white jacket came back spotless
The staff is overall great at the location on Warner. Unfortunately, your service cost is no longer competitive for our area. I believe that today might be our last time with your service as it was almost $10 dollar for a suit jacket and that is too much. Additionally, I had a $10 dollars off a purchase. Since I didn't submit that discount before I dropped off my dry cleaning I was not able to use it. This policy makes zero common sense. I like your cleaning service even tho i had a somewhat frustrating experience my first time. But you contacted me and I would refer you to everyone I know. I did however try to use your alteration service to have a zipper put into a leather vest. I was told it could be done. The next day I am told it can not be done. That was disappointing.. your staff is very nice and friendly..

I am very dissatisfied in the coupon system. We have been loyal customers since Matt had the store. The coupons are short lived and if I don't have any clothes then they are useless. Matt would give us a discount no matter when we brought them in for being a loyal customer.
GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!! “The Card Promo MVP Card”, (the plastic white with green lettering thin card) , did not give me the 50% off my total order, and, (20% of all laundered dress shirts with any square punches). I was asked by the employee during my ring-up if I had any coupon or discounts.
