The back of the collars on my husbands white dress shirts have been messed up every time we get them back for a few months now. Not cool. He doesn’t always have extra time in the morning to iron them so he is frustrated with the issue enough so to tell u about it.

I brought in a silk robe that my great grandmother bought from China in the 90’s. They ruined it “beyond repair” and I was notified on 8/1. Today, 8/5, I called again to see how they planned to handle this. I finally received a call back from the manager. She said their protocol in this situation is to google search the value of the robe and reimburse me that dollar amount.. If an article has any sentimental value and cannot be replaced it will be your mistake to take it to this establishment.

Horrible customer service, Jacket was not cleaned good, stains were not removed, rude worker, took extra money for no reason, I asked for the manager to call me so I can get a refund, never got a call from the manager and I never got a refund and they gave me my jacket uncleared, Horrible Place,

We have been long-time, consistent customers. Approximately 2 months ago, I took a very expensive shirt with pearl buttons into the Corona store for dry cleaning. The plant took the buttons off to clean it, but didn't put the buttons back on or return them with the shirt. The handling of the situation by the store staff as well as Karla the manager has been frustrating to say the least. Hannah was right, I was isolated due to COVID but I still place the order at Nordstrom to get your buttons.
