I love the convenience of being able to drop off my dry cleaning in a locker in the office building where I work and pick it up from the same location but the last few experiences that I have had have not been great. Twice I have come to the locker to pick up my clothing to find that the locker is still open with my cleaned clothing inside. Anyone could walk by and take out my garments. Also, the last time I picked up my order, my dry cleaning bag was not returned.

Usually outstanding service but fell down this week. Return of clothes a day later than normal- if they show up today. It could just be the timing of pick ups and delivery. Service is outstanding and clothes look great!
