Staff wasn't friendly at drop off or pick-up. I didn't like that when I picked up my jacket it was neither buttoned or zipped up. I didn't feel welcomed, I thought the coupon was a nice touch. I would only return because of convenience I work across the street, my company use your cleaners so I thought I would try you out. I was satisfied with the dy cleaning but not the service or presentation upon pick up.
