Good customer service. The seamstress at the front is always very pleasant and says hello while she is working. She is an older African American woman. She has a very kind presence.

The clerks were very accommodating and friendly. Also, when I explained to the seamstress that buttons were missing from the jacked that I was having dry cleaned, she suggested if I had any of the loose buttons I could leave them with my dry cleaning and they would be replaced. When I picked us my jacked, all of the missing buttons were replaced, even the buttons I could no longer locate. This was done at no extra charge. I truly appreciate the consideration and service I received during my last dry cleaning order!

I love the convenience of being able to drop off my dry cleaning in a locker in the office building where I work and pick it up from the same location but the last few experiences that I have had have not been great. Twice I have come to the locker to pick up my clothing to find that the locker is still open with my cleaned clothing inside. Anyone could walk by and take out my garments. Also, the last time I picked up my order, my dry cleaning bag was not returned.
